Abstract
I am sure that many of you may be wondering how cognitive approaches could be applied to such a severely disturbed population. My first reaction to the appropriateness of such an approach was one of skepticism, but the conceptual understanding and application strategies that emerge from a cognitive social learning perspective are quite exciting.
