Abstract
The Society of Pediatric Psychology is an interest group concerned with the delivery of psychological services to children in nonpsychiatric medical settings and research in child health psychology. It began as an organization in 1968 but did not become an official Division 12 section until 1980. Before that it was loosely affiliated with Section 1, the other child-oriented group in the division.
