Abstract
This book has presented a personological investigation of the transition from adolescence to adulthood. The goal has been to develop an account that answers important questions about men’s lives. The focus has not been on proving one answer to be better than another but on developing an account that retains the richness of men’s lives as they are lived. The different chapters suggest that there is wisdom in each of the three approaches to the study of lives described in Chapter 1; at issue is discovering where in the study of lives that wisdom is valuable.
