Abstract

We have discovered a natural sequence of events that people, including teachers, follow to protect their visions of good schools and classrooms. The relationships among these events are illustrated by the Balance Alignment Model, which emphasizes the ways the needs of the organization and the community are balanced. The systemic model aligns leadership, strategy, structure, and results to satisfy and delight both internal and external customers.
