Implications of c-ANCA Testing for the Classification of Wegener’s Granulomatosis: Performance of Different Detection Systems
The clinical spectrum of seventy-six consecutive c-ANCA positive patients is described and its relation to clinical classification schemes for Wegener’s granulomatosis (WG) is investigated. c-ANCA detection by immunofluorescence (IF) is compared to detection by two different ELISA systems.
