Abstract
At first we give the definitions of principal conceptions such as the signal temporal structure and the polarization structure. We define the “structure” as the combination of whole system connection, corresponding to the object presentation and being necessary for investigation of its dynamic and development. The signal temporal structure corresponds to the procedure of realization (i.e. the dynamic) and to the characteristics of realizations group (i.e. development). We will associate the temporal structure with the signal dynamic only and leave in the side a signal group properties at least for pulse, where the uncertainty can be only parameteric.
