Abstract
Some time ago I accidentally stumbled on a paradox. I stumbled on it in the context of rent seeking, but with time I realized it has wider implications. Specifically where ever there is competitive entry into a profit-making situation then it would appear to fit my model. My model is interesting because there is no real equilibrium.
