Subunit Interactions and Enzyme Kinetics: The Linkage Approach

I might number the advantages of the linkage approach for testing hypotheses about allosteric interactions as four : Simplicity, Security, Insight and Suggestiveness. In reality these are all interconnected and are each aspect of one another.
