Diagnostic Problems in a Migraine Clinic
The Migraine Clinic is a comparatively new idea in this country and the question is often asked, especially by those of us who are engaged in general practice, as to whether such specialized clinics serve any useful function to the community. My feelings on this, although it could be said that I was somewhat biased in view of my special interest in the subject, is that they have a very important part to play in clinical medicine.
