Multislice Applications and Examples
The multislice method simulates electron transmission in a thick specimen including dynamical scattering. Chapter 6 presented the theory of the multislice method and discussed how to use it in general terms. This chapter will gives some specific examples of performing a multislice simulation. The examples serve to illustrate some typical multislice results and also provide a more detailed description of using the multislice method.
