Abstract

This Theme Group was organised into five subthemes, each emphasising some aspect of a teacher’s professional life. Convenors were appointed for each subtheme, with groups meeting for each of the four full working days of the Congress. For each subtheme, presentations of prepared papers provided the basis for discussions among the practitioners, teacher educators, mathematicians and researchers who participated in the Group. A brief overview of the activities and discussions for each subtheme follows.
