Summary of Changes
T1 lesions have been divided into T1a and T1b.
T1a is defined as tumors 4 cm or less in greatest dimension, limited to the kidney.
T1b is defined as tumors greater than 4 cm but not more than 7 cm in greatest dimension, limited to the kidney.
