Abstract
We shall use the standard concepts and notations of set theory. We write x∈S and y∉S to indicate that x is a member of S and that y is not a member of S. |S| denotes the number of elements of S also called the order of S. If all elements of S are also elements of T then S is a subset of T written S \( S \subseteq T \) T. The notation S⊂T means that S is a subset of T but is not identical to T so that T has at least one element that is not in S.
