Abstract
Almost anyone can become “connected.” Once connected, anyone is free to place or retrieve information with no constraints on content, opinion, or quality. There are innumerable vetted sources of information and just as many of questionable value. Sites that catalog and search the information on the Internet make finding reliable sources that may be scattered anywhere around the globe easier.
