Abstract

In this chapter the Switched Opamp Technique is treated. As a starting point the problems of low voltage Switched Capacitor signal processing circuits are considered. The key problem is the driving of the switches. The existing solutions for it are briefly covered: they are voltage multipliers and the use of low V T processes. Then the Original Switched Opamp principle is introduced. Next the evolution in this field is described. The endpoint is the Differential Modified Switched Opamp integrator cell. Common mode control techniques are presented. A problem in Switched Opamp, is the input stage. This problem and solutions for it are treated last.
