Abstract
The National Organisation of Circumcision Information Resource Centres of Australia (NOCIRC of Australia) was founded on August 8, 1993 as a non-profit organization to campaign against male and female circumcision, to encourage informed medical and legal debate on the subject, and to make available scientifically-based information for new parents making decisions about circumcision.
