For each non transferable utility game a strategic game is introduced. All Nash equilibria of the strategic game are strict equilibria and the equilibrium payoffs are the same as the payoffs in core allocations of the NTU-game. Relations between the payoff map of the strategic game and the remainder map of Driessen and Tijs (1985) are derived.
