The Control of Movement

  • S. P. Evseev

This work proposes a structure for developing motor actions which differs from the traditional ones in many respects. Firstly, starting from initial stages, the structure orients both an athlete and a coach to obtaining a near perfect movement, and, secondly, it requires minimal changes from the standard optimum technique for a given task and therefore guarantees the best technical result.
