Abstract
I would like to focus on the implications for decision making in three areas related to policy towards greenhouse gas emissions. The first involves issues related to the apportionment of risk, which have already been briefly discussed by previous speakers. The second concerns the standard to be applied in evaluating costs. The third encompasses the international equity issues raised by policies to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases.
