The computer chess program Cray Blitz is currently the World Computer Chess Champion and the North American Computer Chess Champion. In human competition, Cray Blitz has obtained master level performance ratings. Cray Blitz runs on the most powerful computer system currently available, the Cray X-MP multiprocessor machine.
