Abstract

The main objective of the panel was to examine envisaged scenarios for reactor start-up in the light of present experimental and theoretical knowledge and to identify long term guidelines for impurity control. In order to generate a balanced consideration of this inter-disciplinary subject the discussion was led by K. J. Dietz, F. Engelmann, M. F. A. Harrison and E. Salpietro.
