Summary
Certain groups of Arthropodes can essentially influence wild animal populations in their numerical composition. The Sarcoptic mange plays an important part in this respect. Though the loss of the population caused by ectoparasites can be very serious, it can never be endangered in its further existance. The density of population is frequent, but not always an essential presupposition for the outbreak of a parasitic disease caused by Arthropodes. On the account of our research work we can state that a qualitative regulation of the population is not due to ectoparasites.
