Abstract
Many managers are asked to evaluate or compare the quality of service given by a group of branch warehouses, regardless of whether these are contracted-for or privately-operated. And occasionally branch warehouses should be audited to ensure that established procedures are being followed. Warehouse performance audits serve both purposes.
