Abstract
Modern methods enable the control and management of complex systems resulting in their complete automation. Methods are therefore chosen accordingly as well as the technical means which lead to their application. The operating constraints, which ensure a sound functioning of the system, are sometimes preponderant and necessitate certain types of organisation of the system. Seeking an optimal solution, while taking these phenomena into account, is complex and often difficult [12].
