Abstract
In the field of low-temperature phase equilibria there is a deficiency of data In the solid-vapor region for several binary systems of technical and theoretical interest. The apparatus described in this paper was designed and constructed to study some of the hydrogen-hydrocarbon and helium-hydrocarbon systems, for which little or no data exist, down to 35°K and at pressures up to 200 atm.
