Abstract

In this paper we construct displacement vectors u =expiω) (t-τ)] φ (τ ,α, ν, ω), which asymptotically (for ω→ ∞) satisfy the equations of the theory of elasticity and the condition of absence of stresses on the boundary S of an arbitrary elastic body and which are concentrated in a neighborhood of a ray Z on S. The vector φ is constructed by the parabolic-equation method.
