Abstract
In the frame of the CERN RFQ2 project, a certain effort has been devoted to problems of stabilization of electromagnetic fields in the RFQ. In particular one tried to consider schemes which would reduce distorsions of the quadrupolar field due to transverse asymmetries in the structure.
