Abstract

QCD[1] has been tested in numerous experiments at PETRA, PEP and TRISTAN [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9]. The new experiments at LEP are expected to provide substantial improvements as a result of the higher energy, the much higher luminosity and the better detector resolutions and efficiencies.

Presented by Z. Kunszt.

For a recent summary on the measurements of α s see for example Ref. [10].
