Abstract

With the advent of the first data from SLC and the prospect of LEP data in the near future the need for an accurate description of the Z line shape has become obvious. In the last few years considerable progress has been made towards an evaluation of the line shape which is accurate in size at the 0.3% level and in shape around the 10 MeV level (i.e. the positions of the maximum and half maxima).
