Nephrotoxicity of Fumaric Acid Monoethylester (FA ME)

Abstract

Fumaric acid monoethylester (FA ME) is used as a therapeutic agent against psoriasis. As there exists some clinical evidence for nephro — toxicity (2,9) the present investigations were performed.
