Abstract
Examples of the methods by which enantiomers may be resolved chromatographically using either preliminary derivatisation with a chiral reagent, direct separation using a chiral mobile phase, or by direct separation using a chiral stationary phase (CSP) are outlined. These methods are illustrated by reference to chiral resolutions of compounds of interest to Glaxo Group Research Limited.
