Abstract
The beginning stage of the evolutionary process consists in the irreversible reorganization of the population. It follows that the estimate of interpopulation differences gives material by which to judge how, specifically, the first step of the evolutionary differentiation of species is manifested, and gives an idea of the scale of intraspecific reorganizations and of the forms of these phenomena.
