Abstract

The names of variables are usually single letters, but occasionally combinations of letters, or letters and digits are used. For example,
$$ \begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {30{\rm{ SCORE = 0}}}\\ {40{\rm{ G2 = 4}}{\rm{.7}}} \end{array} $$
might be typical program lines.
