Abstract
The technology described in Chapter 11, “Bonding to Prevent Sideflashes,” was described as “... a part of lightning protection for generations.” It was pointed out such bonding equalizes electrical potentials between different conductors or conducting surfaces so that no sideflash occurs between them.
