Abstract
The known elementary and nuclear particles that can be stable are: quarks, protons, electrons, photons antiprotons, positrons, electron-neutrino, muon-neutrino, and tau-neutrino. Nevertheless, there are many quark-gluon composite particles in the form of mesons and baryons born from concentrated electromagnetic energy or γ photons, created in high-energy collisions of protons and electrons with their counterparts—antiprotons and positrons—in particle accelerators or in the upper atmosphere of the earth from collisions of particles with cosmic radiation from the sun, stars, and galaxies.
