Abstract

This paper is dedicated to the memory of the famous soviet physicist Alexander I.Shal’nikov. The first successful experiments with charges in solid helium fulfilled in his laboratory at 60th years were the part of wide program of investigations of properties of solid helium. One of the main purpose of the program was the search of quantum tunneling effects in helium crystals (later on named by quantum crystals).
