Abstract

The production of Europa Metalli-LMI in the field of traditional NbTi superconductors is described, with particular emphasis on the national and international projects the company has taken part in during the last few years.Basic research on A-15 compounds is also considered, with a survey of the various experimental methods developed for these materials. Finally, high temperature superconductors are examined, with reference to the studies carried out at EM-LMI Research Centre.
