Abstract

There has been much interest in QCD (Quantum Chromodynamics) among nuclear physicists as well as particle physicists. This is as it should be. QCD is (we believe!) the correct underlying theory for nuclear interactions. Eventually one must be able to use the right theory to explain things which are pure mystery in a phenomenological theory.
