Purification of Human Gamete Antigens Relevant to Antibody Production: Application of Monoclonal Antibodies

Since Shivers and Dunbar1 reported the presence of antibodies cross reactive to P-ZP in some sterile women, Mori et al.2 and others3, 4, 5, 6 also reported similar results even after absorption with porcine red blood cells (rbc). However, several contradictory results were obtained by Sacco et al.7, Dakhno et al.8, Dietle et al.9 and others10,11. Therefore, we studied to confirm these questions.
