Abstract

Don Fischman made a very important point in regard to the use of antibodies, both polyclonal and monoclonal, in the detection of antigens. Very few of us, if any, know the value of the dissociation equilibrium constant for the binding of our antibody or antibodies to our antigen of interest, in this case myosin.
