Reconstituted Sendai Virus Envelopes as a Vehicle for the Introduction of Soluble Macromolecules and Membrane Components into Animal Cells

Targeting of Drugs

Part of the book series: NATO Advanced Study Institutes Series ((NSSA,volume 47))

Abstract

During the past few years attempts have been made by different groups to develop methods for the introduction of macromolecules into living cells1-3. Such technology can serve as an excellent tool for the study of various problems in modern cell biology and medicine, which otherwise could not have been studied.
