Abstract
Nutrition planning and post-harvest loss interventions are recognized as multidisciplinary endeavors that revolve around two critical questions. From the perspective of the nutrition planner, these are: (1) To what extent do post-harvest losses impact on the nutritional well-being of specific populations? (2) To what degree can the prevention of food losses during the postproduction food cycle improve the nutritional status of those in need?
