Abstract

In this lecture, I want to develop the way in which dynamic neutron small-angle scattering can complement light-scattering, by observing a different region of momentum spaca. In particular, I shall discuss in detail a new technique, neutron spin-echo1, which opens the way to a neutron equivalent of photon correlation spectroscopy. I shall then give some examples of its application to studies of polymers, polyelectrolytes and micelles.
