Abstract
Light scattering studies of critical fluctuations brought out of equilibrium by a shear flow started only about 2 years ago. It is therefore not surprising that many aspects are still unknown or, at least, not very well assessed. Experiments1 have been performed and theories2 developed in the same time — although quite independently — and a qualitative agreement has been found for a sample of Cyclohexane + Aniline submitted to a shear whose rate was continuously varying during the experiment. Only static properties have been investigated until now.
