Abstract

In order to understand the structural basis of ribosomal function in protein biosynthesis, it is necessary to amass a great deal of information of many different kinds. In this communication we describe two studies which pertain to one aspect of this problem, the correlation of individual ribosomal proteins with ribosomal activities.
