Abstract

Previous work has shown that the increase of Histamine (H) in the central nervous system (CNS), achieved by the inhibition of Histamine-n-methyl-transfe-rase, increases the Oxotremorine induced tremor (OIT) (Stern, 1968). It has also been known that Tremorine by itself increases H in the striatum (Ungar and Whit-ten, 1963).
