Abstract
Earlier studies have demonstrated that the administration of brady-kinin IA or IP elicits a constellation of behavioral and autonomic responses typical of pain in unrestrained dogs and cats as well as verbal reports of pain in man (4). The present observations concern the effect of brady-kinin and some analgesics on the activity of neurons in regions known as central pain pathways.
