Abstract
In pathophysiology of different shock-models kinins have often been considered as the essential factor of circulatory reactions (1, 2, 3, 14, 15). Kinins could as well be found in injuries as in edemas of extremities (4). In corresponding conditions the pro-teaseinhibitor Trasylol was given with good results, under the assumption that the kinin-formation is inhibited by this drug (5, 6, 13).
