Summary

The present results show that the antibacterial mode of action of Cephalothin, Erythromycin and Kanamycin to bacteria growing in a continuous flow culture, a dynamic environment which the physiological state is assumed to be constract was significantly different from each other. The results obtained here would provide a useful information on proper dosage schedule of chemotherapeutic agent for in vivo study.
