Abstract

During the years of 1973/1974 we could not identify any bacteria either in prostatic or seminal fluid in 2/3 of the total number of our patients with inflammatory affections of the male adnexa. On the other hand, we found in approximately 49 % of those abacterial inflammations only mycoplasmens in colony forming units at a rate of more than 106/ml examined material.
